We are a limited company run by disabled people who offer consultancy, training and advice to organisations who want to improve their performance on all disability issues. We offer a range of services that will help organisations of all kinds to wade through the complicated mire that is disability discrimination legislation and government guidance, and work with you to make this real to you to help you do the right things to improve your employment, service delivery or other practices.
We understand that most organisations want to do the right things, but are not always sure what those things are, and are not always confident about how to fit those in with all the other things they have to do. We understand that you want to get on with running your organisation/business, and that disabled people want to get on with their lives without coming up against barriers. We at Disability Forward believe that these two things are not incompatible, and we are here to help. We will tell you what you need to know to help you take the right next steps, adding value to your business and making you an employer and service provider of choice.
