This website is constructed to the exacting standards set by World Wide Web Construction (W3C) to ensure cross platform and browser compatability.
There is a responsability for web publishers to ensure their site is accessable to the widest audience by including correct code and using W3C and Web Accessability Initiative (WAI) guidance to enable users to view the whole web in an acceptable manner.
There is also a responsability on individuals to use the tools provided by web browser providers to enhance their experience.
Some quick fixes for those have a visual imparement is to use the "Ctrl" button and "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease the text size on screen.
Use the Internet Options or Options from the menu to overide Font Type, Font Size, Font Colour, Background Colours etc... to make your expeience of using the web better for your own needs and not the web publisher.
