1. Established and now running a disabled expert reference group on behalf of the British Standards Institution.
2. Delivered a bespoke one-day training session for North Lanarkshire council on balancing health and safety requirements with equality for disabled people
3. Co-produced with the At Work Partnership, a case studies guidance document for the Equality and Human Rights Commission on health and safety and the employment of disabled people
4. Re-wrote the TUC guide for Union Representatives on supporting members with mental health problems
5. Produced a mental health and employment resource list on behalf of the Care Services Improvement Partnership and Rotherham PCT, you can download this for free.
6. Produced national policy for REMPLOY on safeguarding vulnerable adults.
7. Delivered a bespoke training session to Midlands area probation service on mental health at work and disability hate crime.
8. Launched a discrimination case management service for disabled people and organisations.
9. Completed a large desk-top research project reviewing seven disability equality schemes
