1. Conducted a sucessful pilot project on behalf of the British Standards Institute which persuaded them of the business case for establishing a disabled experts reference group
2. Delivered a bespoke one-day training session for North Lanarkshire council on balancing health and safety requirements with equality for disabled people
3. Co- produced with the At Work Partnership, a case studies guidance document for the Equality and Human Rights Commission on health and safety and the employment of disabled people
4. Re-wrote the TUC guide for Union Representatives on supporting members with mental health problems
5. Produced a mental health and employment resource list on behalf of the Care Services Improvement Partnership and Rotherham PCT, you can download this for free.
